Who we are

Eisha Motor Parts (also trading as VayuVeer Spares) sells motorcycle spare parts and runs a repair workshop in Tagaytay, Cavite. This policy covers www.eishamotorparts.com, our Facebook Page and its Messenger chat, and the messages you send us there.

What we collect

• What you give us: your name, mobile number, email, delivery address, motorcycle details, and the parts, orders, bookings or questions you send.
• Messenger: when you message our Facebook Page, we receive your Facebook name, your Page-scoped ID and the text of your message so we can reply.
• Payments: a screenshot of your payment if you upload one, and confirmations from our payment providers (GCash, Maya, PayMongo). We never see or store your card number or wallet password.
• Website use: the pages and parts you look at, kept in your own browser to remember your bag and preferences.
• Visit statistics: we use Google Analytics, which sets cookies, to count visits and see which pages are viewed, roughly where visitors are from, and how they found us (for example a Google search or a Facebook link). Google gives us these as totals, not names. You can block it with your browser's cookie settings, an ad blocker, or Google's opt-out add-on.

Why we use it

• To answer your questions, quote parts, take and deliver orders, and book workshop visits.
• To tell you when a part you asked about is back in stock, when your motorcycle is ready, or when your order ships — by email or Messenger.
• To keep records of sales and repairs as required by Philippine law.

Our Messenger replies are partly automated: a bot answers common questions (prices, packages, hours, order status). A person from the shop reads anything it cannot answer.

What we do not do

• We do not sell or rent your information to anyone.
• We do not send marketing messages unless you asked for them, and you can stop them any time by replying "stop" or messaging us.

Who else sees it

Only the services needed to serve you: Meta (Facebook Messenger), Google (Google Analytics visit statistics), our email provider, payment providers (GCash, Maya, PayMongo), and couriers for delivery. Each sees only what it needs for its part.

How long we keep it

Order, repair and sales records are kept for as long as Philippine tax and warranty rules require. Messenger conversations are kept while we are helping you and may be reviewed to improve our answers.

Your rights

Under the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173) you may ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or withdraw consent. Message us on Facebook or email purchase@eishamotorparts.com. You may also contact the National Privacy Commission.

Deleting your data

To delete your account or Messenger data, message "delete my data" to our Facebook Page or email us. We remove what we are not legally required to keep within 30 days.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version appears on this page with a new date.
